Your name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account; the delivery addresses you save; your orders, wishlist, reviews and pre-order requests, including any product links you send us.
Every order is paid in cash on delivery, so we never ask for or store card or bank details.
To process and deliver your orders, quote and fulfil pre-order requests, confirm orders by phone, send SMS updates about your delivery, answer your questions and keep your account secure.
Only with the delivery and messaging partners who need your name, phone number and address to bring your order to you. We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
We keep your account details while your account is open, and order records for as long as we need them for deliveries, returns and our legal and accounting obligations.
Your password is never stored in readable form, and your session is held in secure cookies that page scripts cannot read. Only staff who need your details to serve you can see them.
